| 摘 要： | 面向陕重汽的现实生产过程,提出适合于该企业现实情况的制造执行系统建设方案,方案中详细描述了重卡行业多级作业计划的编制流程及相应的调整反馈机制,描述了车身制造、车架制造、总装、调试等生产过程的数据采集方式和管理机制,并初步探讨了整车生产过程中涉及到的零部件质量追溯和物流配送管理方式。

| Abstract: | According to actual producing process, a building scheme of manufacturing execution system is proposed. How to make multilevel producing plan, how to get data of producing process of heavy duty automobile is detail discussed. In addition, the quality traceability of part and intra-logistics management mode is clarified. |
