铝合金地铁车体零件有限元模态分析

摘    要:目前,铝合金地铁车体广泛采用大型中空闭口型材,其结构具有一定的复杂性,为简化计算程序,需进行 铝合金车体的有限元建模与静力学分析。本文通过采用两种不同的单元类型(solid45和shell63)建立铝合金地 铁车体典型零件的有限元模型,在相同的边界条件和载荷下,比较两种模型的静力学和动力学计算结果,得出 在满足工程精度的前提下采用板壳单元,可使单元数大大减少,且提高了网格的质量,具有节约计算成本的特 点,这为进行铝合金地铁车体的有限元建模与静、动力学分析及优化提供了参考依据。

Abstract:Nowadays large-sized hollow closed-end section bar is widely used in aluminium-alloy car body for Metro with certain complex structure. It is necessary to establish finite-element model and make static an;; to aluminium-alloy car body in order to simplify calculation process. The static and dynamic calculation results of two types of models are compared under the same boundary and load in this paper, through establishing finite-element model with two different types of units (solid45 and shel163) to aluminium-alloy car body. It is concluded that adopting lamella unit can reduce unit quantities greatly and increase the network quality on the premise of meeting the accuracy requirement, with the feature of saving calculation cost. It and optimising calculation to aluminium-alloy car body.
