| 摘 要： | 结合连云港港30万吨级航道一期工程,针对疏浚工程中出现的质量通病,从外界因素、人为因素、技术因素和管理因素等多方面进行成因分析,提出增加设备投入、创新施工技术、调整施工方案、加强人员培训和项目管理等防治措施,取得了良好的效果。

| Abstract: | Referring to Phase I project of 300,000 DWT navigation channel to Lianyungang Port,we analyze the causes from the aspects of external factors,human factors,technical factors and management factors in view of the common quality defects existed in dredging works,and put forward the preventive measures such as increasing the equipment input,innovating dredging technology,adjusting construction plans,strengthening personnel training and project management,etc.Good results are achieved in the Phase I project of 300,000 DWT navigation channel to Lianyungang Port. |
