基于IRMCF343的无位置传感器BLDCM控制系统研究

摘    要:针对频率自控式无刷直流电动机的转子检测和换相控制问题,提出一种基于IRMCF343的无位置传感器无刷直流电机控制系统.IRMCF343采用纯硬件电路执行无刷直流电机的转子磁场定向控制算法,该系统同时采用了通过测量电机定子电流来估算转子位置的方法和PID控制策略.本系统经过研究和开发后,在电机上进行测试,试验结果得到相电流、实时参考速度和反馈速度波形.试验结果证明,该系统电流响应快,电流波形较接近矩形,且反馈速度能达到设定值,故具有良好的动静态特性以及高度灵活的可配置性能.
