| 摘 要： | 城市交通网络演变对居住空间扩散起着重大的引导作用，尝试运用分形理论对大连市交通网络演变特征及相应的居住空间动态变化进行定量描述，并在此基础上分析了大连城市交通网络对居住空间扩散的提升作用。研究结果表明，随着城市建设的发展，城市交通网络和居住用地的分形分维特征均得到了明显的加强，两者的分形特征呈高度正相关，城市交通网络发展对居住空间扩散具有明显的提升作用。

| Abstract: | The evolution of urban transportation network can apparently lead to the spatial expansion of residential area. This paper attempts to describe quantitatively, with the fractal theory for the first time, the evolution features of transportation network and the corresponding dynamic changes of the residential area in Dalian.
