西安地铁客流监控预警信息系统可行性研究及分析

结合现阶段西安地铁客流组织中的运营风险与客流控制中存在的不足,对当前客流预警的各种方案进行优缺点分析,提出以视频监控技术为基础的智能化客流监控预警信息系统来实时测算客流密度,从而进一步确定客流预警量化标准与客流控制启动的时机,帮助运营人员采取必要的应急处置。同时提出优化乘客信息渠道的建议,使乘客实时获取线网拥堵情况,供乘客出行决策,及时缓解拥堵区段客流压力,切实提升乘客舒适度。

Feasibility Study and Analysis on Passenger Flow Monitoring and Warning Information System for Xi'an Metro

On the basis of current operation risk and passenger flow control mode of Xi'an Metro and analysis of various studies on current passenger flow early warning,this article proposes to measure passenger flow density in real time by an intelligent passenger flow early warning system based on video-monitoring,so as to determine quantitative standard of passenger flow early warning and timing of passenger flow control,as well as help metro staff to make emergency response.Meanwhile,this article proposes to help passengers to get real-time metro information for making up decisions,so as to cope with congestion and improve comfort of passengers.
