轨道交通全自动运行车辆段设计研究

摘    要:随着地铁全自动运行技术在国内的推广,完善适应全自动运行技术的车辆段工艺设计已成为当务之急。在总结北京、成都、哈尔滨、深圳、济南等城市的全自动运行车辆段设计实践的基础上,对全自动运行地铁车辆段的总平面图和与全自动运行有关的设施的设计进行初步的探讨与研究。明确采用全自动运行技术后,都有哪些车辆段线路和设施受到影响,并提出具体的解决措施。对全自动运行地铁车辆段的防护分区原则、方法进行详细的研究,尤其明确了周月检线、转换轨、试车线、回转线等车场线的分区属性,对车辆段总平面图的设计有着实际的指导意义。对防护分区内的停车列检库、周月检库、洗车库、转换轨、试车线的设计提出具体要求和方法。分析地铁列车往返全自动运行区与非全自动运行区的各种工况,为信号系统设计和车辆段工艺设计提供参考依据。

Abstract:With the development of the fully automatic operation technology of the metro in China,to promote and improve the fully automatic operation technology to adapt to the depot process design has become a top priority.On the basis of summarizing the design practice of Beijing,Chengdu,Harbin,Shenzhen and Jinan,the layout of the metro depot and the design of the facilities related to the fully automatic operation are initially explored and studied.It is made clear how depot lines and facilities are affected after fully automatic operation is adopted,and the specific solutions are put forward.This paper makes a detailed study on the zoning principles and methods of the protection area of the fully automatic operation depot,especially the weekly or monthly inspection lines,the conversion line,the testing line and the turning lines.It has practical guiding significance for the layout design of the depot.The specific requirements and methods are put forward for the design of the parking shed,the inspection shed,the conversion line and the testing line in the protection area.This paper analyzes the various working conditions of the metro train in terms of the fully automatic operation area and the non-automatic operation area,and puts forward the references for the design of signal system and the maintenance procedures.
