全自动运行系统地铁车辆关键技术

摘    要:全自动运行(FAO)系统是城市轨道交通自动化的最高等级,其关键技术包括适用于全自动运行的土建和设备系统,其中全自动运行设备系统包括车辆、信号、通信、综合监控、站台门等关键技术。从国际电工委员会标准《铁路应用—城市轨道交通管理与控制系统》(IEC62290)对城市轨道交通全自动运行系统的功能需求出发,描述全自动运行系统功能需求及运营场景下的运营流程,针对完成此功能需求及运营流程的条件下,对适用于全自动运行系统的地铁车辆关键技术进行逐一论述。从监控轨道出发,列车需具备障碍物和脱轨检测功能,并具备将此信息上传至调度中心的功能;从监控乘客出发,列车需具备车门、站台门故障对位隔离功能,具备远程车辆广播、车门状态上报等功能;从监控列车出发,列车需增加自动唤醒、自动休眠装置。此外,列车关键子系统设备应采用多重冗余,以提升列车的可靠性、可用性、可维护性。

Abstract:Fully automatic operation (FAO) system shows the highest automation level of urban rail transit.Its key technology consists of infrastructure and facilities,which includes vehicle,signal,communication,ISCS,and PSD.According to "Railway Applications:Urban Guided Transport Management and Command/Control System-Part Ⅰ:System Principles and Fundamental Concepts (IEC-62290-1)",the FAO vehicle has some differences from the traditional one in terms of the function requirements.The key technology of FAO vehicle is described.In order to supervise the track,the train must have the function of detecting obstacles and derailment,and uploading the information to the Operation Control Centre (OCC).In order to supervise passengers,the train needs to have the functions,including door and platform screen door (PSD) fault isolation,remote vehicle broadcasting,and door status reporting.In order to supervise the train,the train has to add the automatic wake-up and automatic sleep device.In addition,the critical subsystem equipment of the train has multiple redundancy to enhance the reliability,availability and maintainability (RAMS) of the train.
