公路隧道工程重大事故救援保障技术初探

各公路建设工程中,隧道工程具有极其复杂的特征,其施工理念与施工方法与其他工程都有很大不同。公路隧道工程重大事故救援保障技术对公路隧道施工中的人员安全保护、机具保护和工程效益保障等都有重要作用。本文通过对发达国家和我国公路隧道工程重大事故救援技术的比较,从人员培训、救援队伍、管理制度、救援装备等方面的研究,结合我国施工实际提出了我国公路隧道工程重大事故救援保障技术研究的方法和思路,确定了以信息、程序、监督、风险评估、培训、救援设备、人员保护装备等方面为当前公路隧道工程重大事故救援保障技术研究的重点内容。

Rescue Technologies for Accidents in Highway Tunnel Construction

Compared with other projects,tunnel project is most complicate in projects of highway construction.The principle and meth- ods of tunnel project are different from that of other projects.Rescue technologies play an important role on personnel safety,machinery protection and project benefit in highway tunnel construction.The rescue technologies of developed countries and China are compared in the aspects of training,rescue team,management system and equipment.Research methods and thoughts of rescue technologies for acci- dents in highway tunnel construction are put forward.Information,procedure,supervision,risk assessment,training,rescue equip- ment and PPE are confirmed as the significant research content of current study on rescue technologies for accidents in highway tunnel construction.
