| Abstract: | The development of administration in inspection and repair of railway freight cars and the existing problems are analyzed. And it is put forward that the number of cars in inspection and repair as well as the idle time shall be monitored completely and in full process with the information method, so as to realize the continuous, dynamic and controllable state of the cars in inspection and repair, and improve the operation efficiency of cars. |
