| 摘 要： | 构建和谐航道,是落实科学发展观的具体体现和时代发展的必然要求,是水运业发展的迫切需要。本文结合江苏航道实际,结合本部门、单位党员队伍的实际,阐述了和谐航道的基本概念、构建和谐航道的重大意义,分析了航道发展的不和谐因素,对如何破解和谐航道建设难题以及发挥党组织、共产党员的作用构建和谐航道进行了探讨。
