长联多跨连续箱梁桥施工监控技术研究

摘    要:陈家洲湘江大桥主桥为(40+68+4X100+68+40)m的8跨长联连续箱梁桥,合龙口多,体系转换复杂,施工监控难度大。采用有限元软件计算了主梁应力和变形,并对合龙方案进行了优化和参数分析,确定了先副跨后次边跨再中跨的对称合龙方案;对施工过程关键截面的应力及关键工况的线形进行监测,并将实测结果与计算值进行对比。结果表明:陈家洲大桥主桥主梁线形和结构内力均达到了设计要求,为类似连续梁桥的施工监控提供了依据。

Abstract:The main bridge of ChenJiaZhou Xiangjiang River Bridge is a prestressed concrete con- tinuous bridge which has eight main spans of (40 + 68 + 4 x 100 + 68 + 40)m. It is characterized by a number of closure gaps, complicated system transformation as well as dif ficuh construction monitor ing and control. The finite element software was used to calculate the geometric shape and structural internal forces of the main girder, the stress, load cases of the critical sect ions in the construction process were monitored and the result s of the field measurement w ere compared to those of calculation. The monitoring and control indicate that the g eometr ic shape and structural internal forces of the main girder of the bridge can all meet the design requirements. It can be beneficial to other similar projects.
