橡胶沥青零剪切粘度确定方法的研究

摘    要:为了选择合理的指标来评价橡胶沥青的零剪切粘度,采用动态频率扫描试验、蠕变恢复试验以及重复蠕变试验对橡胶沥青零剪切粘度进行评价。同时,利用零剪切粘度来评价胶粉掺量对改性沥青高温性能的影响。试验结果表明:橡胶沥青零剪切粘度可以采用Carreau模型拟合,或者通过恢复阶段得到的零剪切粘度进行确定。同时,随胶粉掺量的不断增加,橡胶沥青的粘度也有较大程度增长,高温性能显著增加。

Abstract:In order to establish a proper method for evaluating zero shear viscosity of Crumb Rub- ber Modified Asphalt ( CRMA), dynamic frequency sweep test, creep recovery test and repeated creep tests were used to evaluate zero shear viscosity of CRMA. At the same time, the use of zero shear viscosi- ty to evaluate the impact of the crumb rubber content on high temperature performance. The experiment results show that: zero shear viscosity values fitted from dynamic loading based on Carreau model and from the recovery phase of creep recovery tests have a good correlation. With the continuous increase in the crumb rubber content, the high temperature performance of CRMA has a significant increase.
