摘    要:通过问卷和实际调研得出城市轨道交通BT项目运行过程中影响回购基价的关键因素,依据风险分担原则,得出BT发起人需承担的关键因素的风险分担矩阵,进而得出风险合理分担原则下的回购基价调整模型以及各因素的影响机理.

Research on Control Mechanism of the Repurchase Basic Price in Urban Track Traffic BT Projects from the Perspective of Risk Allocation

Abstract:This paper achieves influencing crucial factors for repurchase basic price in the process of urban track traffic BT project by means of questionnaire and field survey, which can conclude risk allo- cation matrix of crucial factors belonging to the project sponsor and also can conclude repurchase basic price adjustment model and various factors influencing mechanism. Finally, the aforementioned ad- justment model and influencing mechanism are helpful for confirming repurchase basic price and provi- ding theoretical support of contract optimization and design optimization in urban track traffic BT project.
