船舶动力定位系统推进器推力损失计算

摘    要:阐述了船舶动力定位系统(DPS)推进器推力损失的形成机理,采用基于模型试验的半经验计算方法,对推进器与船体之间的相互干扰﹑推进器之间的相互干扰、海流﹑波浪等因素引起的推进器推力损失进行了计算.在已知推进器的参数和布置以及海流、波浪等环境载荷参数条件下,计算和分析了DPS推进器在360°的范围内产生推力时的推力损失图.针对计算结果提出了推力最优分配中设置禁区的概念,并对如何减小推力损失的措施进行了探讨.

Calculation of Thrust Losses in Dynamic Positioning System

Abstract:The formation mechanism of the thrust losses in Dynamic Positioning System (DPS) is dis- cussed in this paper. Using semi-empirical methods based on model test, the total thrust losses caused by thruster-hull interaction, thruster-thruster interaction, the current, the wave and other factors are calculated. Having known the thruster parameters and configuration, the parameters of current and waves, the thrust losses are calculated when the thrusters of DPS produce thrust in 360 degree zone, thereby, the thrust losses diagram are figured out and analyzed. What's more, a new concept of for- bidden zone in the thrust optimization distribution is proposed, and the measures of how to reduce thrust losses are also discussed.
