基于AHP复合熵的公路建设项目TOPSIS排序模型

摘    要:为合理地安排公路建设项目实施序列,从紧迫性、重要性、经济性、交通效果四方面选取路段饱和度、路段重要度系数等6参数构建了公路建设项目排序参数体系,提出了基于AHP复合熵的公路建设项目TOPSIS排序模型.该模型以影响参数为因素指标集,以公路建设项目为论域集,构建了公路建设项目实施序列矩阵,应用[0,1]线性变换将其标准化;充分考虑专家知识经验以及数据本身蕴涵的信息,采用AHP与熵值法综合确定了影响参数的权重,并将标准化决策矩阵与参数权重相结合构造了加权标准化决策矩阵;基于运筹学中的TOPSIS法,确定了公路建设项目排序的正负理想方案,通过计算公路建设项目与正负理想方案的距离以及与正理想方案的贴近度来确定公路建设项目的实施序列.以5条公路建设项目排序为例,说明了该模型的实用性与有效性.

Abstract:In order to arrange the highway construction projects reasonably, saturation of sections, sec- tion importance and other four parameters are taken as priority parameters from urgency, importance, economy and transport effect, and the TOPSIS priority of highway construction projects based on AHP and entropy was proposed. Firstly, the priority parameters are taken as the index set, and high- way construction projects were taken as the domain set to establish the original decision-making ma- trix which was standardized by E0, 11 linear transformation. Secondly, weights of priority parameters were determined by AHP and entropy which considered knowledge and experience of experts and in- formation implicated in data about priority parameters, and the weighted standardized decision-making matrix was built up by the way of combing original decision-making matrix with parameter weights. Thirdly, the distances of the projects about the positive and negative ideal solutions were calculated, and the highway construction projects priority was determined by calculating the close degrees of the projects about the positive ideal solution which was determined by the TOPSIS in the operational re- search. Finally, this model is applied in the priority of five highway construction projects, which illus- trates the usefulness and validity of the model.
