摘    要:隧道施工偏差限界确认工作的数据处理量大、重复性强、精度要求高,目前基本依靠限界设计人员通过经验及手工绘图进行判断,耗费了大量的人工时,且误判和漏判的可能性大。为此,开发了城市轨道交通隧道施工偏差限界确认软件,该软件能方便、快捷地读取和处理隧道施工测量数据以及车辆参数,自动且高效地进行限界计算、隧道施工偏差的侵限判断并绘制相应图纸,结果准确,功能齐全,显著提高了设计效率。

Abstract:Confirmation of tunnel large deviation limit values is a huge data processing work, and it has tremendous repeatability, and requires high precision. At present the work basically relies on the manual judgment with hand drawing by limit designers based on their experience, wasting a lot of man-hours, and has frequent false and omission errors. Therefore, the tunnel deviation limit confirmation software is developed for urban rail transit, it can quickly and easily read and process measurement data in tunnel construction and vehicle parameter, automatically and efficiently make calculations and judgment on out-of-gauge values in tunnel construction and draw drawings in accordance with the limit deviations. The results are accurate, have complete functions, and significantly improve design efficiency.
