| 摘 要： | 本文从大学生就业指导的重要性及大学生就业指导和英语教学的关系入手，以教学的实践说明：大学英语教师在当今大学生思想教育、创业就业教育中可以发挥独特作用。英语教学可以改变传统的教学模式，寓政治思想教育和大学生创业就业教育于英语教学之中。调动学生学习的积极性，提高教学效果。

| Abstract: | Beginning with the importance of undergraduates'empolyment guidance and its relations with English teaching,this article argues with teaching practices that college English teacher could take a special role in current ideological education and employment education.In order to arouse students'enthusiam in studying English and improve teaching effects ,English teaching can change from its orignal pattern and introduce ideological education and employment education into its class. |
