摘    要:目的 观察局部应用 5 氟尿嘧啶减少肌腱粘连的作用。方法 按自身相互对照原则对损伤的兔双后趾用乳胶条包裹后分别用生理盐水和 5 氟尿嘧啶 ( 5 Fu)作用 1 0min。通过肉眼观察、测定关节屈曲度数及肌腱滑动距离、肌腱抗拉强度及光镜观察的方法进行比较研究。结果 两组肌腱抗拉强度无显著性差异 ,腱细胞增生性反应相近。 5 Fu组跖趾关节与趾间关节屈曲度数之和及相应的肌腱滑动距离、腱周组织中成纤维细胞数目与胶原纤维含量、腱周组织瘢痕粘连程度均明显优于对照组 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 术中局部短时应用 5 Fu能减少肌腱粘连 ,在一定保护措施下不影响肌腱正常愈合。

The intraoperative, local, short application of 5-Fu reducing tendon adhesion formation
Abstract:Objective To observe the effect of local, short application of 5 Fu to reduce tendon adhesion formation. Methods After packed with latex strips, 5 Fu solution(25mg/ml) and normal saline were applied respectively on the traumatized hind legs for 10min. Comparative research was finished by observing the adhesion degree & tendon healing status under naked eye and light microscope, measuring the flexor degree of joints, the corresponding gliding range & the tensile strength and counting the number of fibroblast and quantity of collagen fiber in the peritendinous tissues.Results There was no significant difference in the tensile strength and the proliferation response of tenocyte was similar in two groups. The flexor degree of joints & the corresponding gliding range, the number of fibroblast and quantity of collagen fiber and the fibrous adhesions in the peritendinous tissues in the treated groups were much greater than that in the control groups( P <0 05).Conclusion Intraoperative, local and short application of 5-Fluorouracil can reduce flexor tendon adhesions.
