| 摘 要： | 随着高等教育改革的逐步深入和民众教育观念的不断转变,全民教育、终身教育已经成为人们的共识。本文论述了微格教学的概念、内容、方法及教师继续教育的特殊性,论证了微格教学应用于教师继续教育中的可行性。旨在为教师继续教育实践提供理论指导。

| Abstract: | The education for the whole people and all one's life has been become general knowledge for people,along with the progressive development of higher education improvement and the continuous changing of education sense.The concept,contents,method and the distinguishing feature of continuous education for teachers in this paper are discussed.The feasible feature of the microteaching being applied to continuous education for teachers is dernonstrated so as to provide theory guide for teacher's continuous education. |
