| 摘 要： | 在探讨天津港强淤原因、强度与规模的基础上,依据强淤浮泥基本特性,提出了天津港抗强淤具体措施。通过对天津港抗强淤的基础抵御力、应急抵御力、增援抵御力与后备抵御力的详细分析,表明无论现在与将来强淤作用对天津港不构成任何威胁。

On the Ability to Resist Serious Siltation of Tianjin Harbor |

| Abstract: | Based on discussing the source,strength and the size of siltation of Tianjin Harbor,the method to conquer it is proposed.From analysis of the ability to resist the serious siltation,it's shown that Tianjin Port is not threatened by the serious siltation at present and will not in the future. |
