摘    要:介绍了超声波在车轴轮座接触不良检测中的应用,对接触间隙长度的确定、超声波杂波的辨别进行了阐述。实践表明,采用超声波横波法对铁道车辆车轴轮座进行超声波检测,不仅可以较准确地检测出轮座接触间隙,而且对轮座部位的疲劳裂纹、透油透锈、腐蚀沟、刀痕及轮毂孔内侧表面缺陷也可进行检测。

Abstract:The contact failure of the rolling stock wheel seat with the wheel hub bore endangers the operation safety.In this paper,the application of supersonic wave in the supersonic inspection on contact failure of axle wheel seat is described.The determination of the length of the contact clearance and the identification of the supersonic wave clutter are expounded respectively.The practice shows that,with the application of the supersonic transverse wave method in the supersonic inspection on the rolling stock axle wheel seat,not only the wheel seat contact clearance can be inspected correctly,but also the fatigue cracking,oil penetration and rust penetration,etch groove,revolution mark at the wheel seat and the surface defects inside the wheel hub bore can be inspected.
