农村客运安全事故的成因及预防措施

在我国各类交通安全事故中,农村客运安全事故不仅发生的比例高,而且对社会影响极大,它关系农民群众生命和财产安全的重大问题。文中从人、车、路、管理四个方面分析了农村客运安全事故发生的原因,在此基础上,针对农村公路、农村客运车辆、司乘人员、农村客运管理等方面存在的突出问题,提出了安全预防的具体措施。
