儿童贲门失弛缓症肠间质细胞的免疫组化研究

应用酪氨酸激酶受体 c- kit及其配体 SCF免疫组化方法研究 13例儿童贲门失弛缓症及 6例对照组远端食道、贲门、胃底及幽门部肠间质细胞的分布。结果显示肠间质细胞在贲门失驰缓症组贲门部明显减少 ,部分病例甚至缺如 ,而在正常对照组贲门部则含丰富的肠间质细胞 ;在下端食道、胃底及幽门部位两组肠间质细胞的分布基本相同。提示肠间质细胞的异常分布可能与儿童贲门失弛缓症的发病机理有关。

An immunohistochemical study for interstitial cells of Cajals in the gut in children with cardiac achalasia

The distribution of interstitial cells of Cajal in the gut (ICs) were studied in 13 children with cardiac achalasia and 6 control children.The biopsy specimens of the lower esophagus, cardia,gastric fundus and pylorus were obtained and investigated by c kit and SCF immunohistochemical staining.ICs were remarkably reduced in number or abscence in cardia in the patient group, while they were abundantly distributed in the control group.The distribution of ICs in the lower esophagus, gastric fundus and pylorus were nearly identical in the two groups.The abnormal distribution of ICs in the cardia suggests the involvement of an abnormal pace maker activity in children with cardiac achalasia.
