| 摘 要： | 本试验报告了口服益母草水煎剂4～5次,每次0.1毫升(约含水提取干品50毫克)(总量200～250毫克)对小白鼠有一定的抗着床和抗早孕的作用。就实验所得材料,对作用机制和毒性问題作了讨论。

| Abstract: | Mice were orally administered Herba Leonuri decoction once 0.1 ml(containing about 50 mg drz drug of Herba Leonuri decoction) totally 4 or 5 times.
The results showed that Herba Leonuri exhibits some anti-implanatation and antiearly fertility effect on mice.
The effect mechanism and toxity were discussed on the basis of the obtained experimental data. |
