| 摘 要： | 本文通过对延边公路客车厂97D型大客车电加热预应力蒙皮工艺残余应力的电测实验与有限元分析,提出了该工艺实施过程中的最佳方案及安全使用的依据。实验与计算结果的一致性,表明用有限元方法进行预热张拉残余应力分析的有效性。

| Abstract: | An investigation is made in this paper on the residual stress of theelectrothermal expanded covering of Bus 97D manufactured by YanbianHighway Bus Factory. In addition, the best operation scheme and thesafely employed basis of the electrothermal expanded covering are pres-ented as well. The measured residual stress values are in close agreement with thefinite element analysis, which shows that the finite element analysisscheme are practical and efficient in analysing residual stress in elec-trothermal expanded coverings. |
