| 摘 要： | 首先推出了气体分子热运动速度分量和角速度分量分布的统计规律,再根据此统计规律建立了气体的分子速度和角速度、分子速率、气体的温度、理想气体压强、均分定理、内能、平均碰撞频率、均自由程的统计规律.
