| 摘 要： | 结合我国的基本国情和铁路发展现状,从铁道部目前开展的节能指标考核和目标要求出发,对现有铁路行业的能源消耗及碳排放展开调查、分析,建立适合铁路行业的碳减排统计、监测、考核指标体系。
