大跨度T构混合支架设计与关键施工技术

摘    要:随着桥梁施工技术的成熟,转体T构桥梁逐渐成为桥梁施工的一个重要类型。转体施工技术可以使桥梁更快速、简便地跨越一些既有建筑和环境因素,而不影响其在施工过程中的正常使用。目前最适合的施工方式为挂篮悬臂施工。但有时因工期紧张或其他不可控因素,导致无法使用此方式,此时应考虑其他施工方式。为适应省道219上跨青盐铁路和胶黄铁路立交桥工程2×116 m T构的工期要求,提出了使用盘扣式支架与梁柱式支架混合的支架体系进行施工的方式。利用有限元分析软件Midas/Civil建立了桥梁临时支架的计算模型,对桥梁整体受力的情况进行了模拟,对支架各部分材料的受力情况及材料的强度、刚度和稳定性等指标做出了分析,对现浇支架的可行性给出了相应的结论。

Abstract:With the maturity of bridge construction technology, the rotary T-frame bridges have gradually become an important type of bridge construction. The rotary construction technology can make the bridge more quickly and easily to cross some existing architectural and environmental factors, without affecting its normal use during the construction process. At present, the most suitable construction method is the form traveler cantilever construction. However, sometimes due to the tight schedule or other uncontrollable factors, it is impossible to use this method. At the moment, other construction methods should be considered. In order to meet the schedule requirements of the 2×116 m T-frame of interchange project overpassing Qingdao - Yancheng Railway and Jiaozhou - Huangdao Railway in Provincial Highway 219, a bracket system combined with disc buckle bracket and a beam column bracket is proposed for construction. A calculation model of temporary bracket of the bridge is established by using the finite element analysis software Midas/Civil to simulate the overall stress of the bridge and to analyze the stress of each material of the bracket, and the strength, stiffness and stability of the materials. The corresponding conclusion about the feasibility of the cast-in-place bracket is given.
