非均相臭氧催化氧化用于难降解工业废水中试处理对比研究

摘    要:基于南通市某工业园区难降解废水深度处理需求,以Fe OOH为主的铁基催化剂搭建了一套处理规模为20 m3/d非均相臭氧催化氧化中试装置,优化了系统运行参数,考察了中试装置长期运行过程中的有机物处理效果、投资和运行成本,并与均相臭氧催化氧化中试装置和三相催化氧化中试装置进行了对比。结果表明,非均相臭氧催化氧化系统在臭氧浓度200 mg/L、臭氧投加气量2 L/min、催化反应时间30 min时实现了57.6%±7.3%的COD去除率,优于均相臭氧催化氧化系统和三相催化氧化系统,且其占地面积小,去除单位COD的投资和运行成本为16.7元/kg COD,仅为均相臭氧催化氧化系统和三相催化氧化系统的70%左右,综合处理效能更高,具备难降解工业废水处理潜力。

Comparative Study on Heterogeneous Catalytic Ozone Oxidation for Pilot Treatment of Refractory Industrial Wastewater
Abstract:Based on the demand for advanced treatment of refractory wastewater in an industrial park in Nantong City, a pilot plant for heterogeneous ozone catalytic oxidation with a treatment scale of 20 m3/d was built using FeOOH as the main iron-based catalyst. The operation parameters of this system were optimized, and the removal efficiency of organic matter and the investment and operation cost of the pilot plant in the long-term operation process were investigated. It was compared with the pilot plant of homogeneous ozone catalytic oxidation and three-phase catalytic oxidation. The results showed that the COD removal rate of the heterogeneous ozone catalytic oxidation system was 57.6±7.3% when the ozone concentration set at 200 mg/L, the ozone gas dosage set at 2 L/min, and with the catalytic reaction time 30 min, which was better than that of the homogeneous ozone catalytic oxidation system and the three-phase catalytic oxidation system. The investment and operation cost of removing COD per unit was 16.7 RMB/kgCOD, which was only about 70% of the homogeneous ozone catalytic oxidation system and three-phase catalytic oxidation system. This indicates that the heterogeneous ozone catalytic oxidation system has higher comprehensive treatment efficiency and has the potential for refractory industrial wastewater treatment.
