基于妥尔油脂肪酸的沥青温拌剂的研制

摘    要:目前国内外表面活性剂类沥青温拌剂的使用是主流,其结构主要是脂肪酸酰胺。原材料主要采用动物和植物油脂,造成产品的合成成本居高不下,同时由于产品的凝固点高,使其在低温环境下使用不便。现研制的SWMA沥青温拌剂采用的主要原料为从造纸废液中回收的妥尔油脂肪酸,既充分利用了废弃资源,又降低了产品成本,同时妥尔油脂肪酸的低凝固点,使产品可以在低温保持较低的粘度,方便其在低温环境下的使用,且该产品合成工艺新颖,结构组成方式独特。该沥青温拌剂的研制成功有利于降低沥青温拌剂使用成本,推动国内沥青温拌技术更大规模的应用。

Abstract:At present, the use of surfactant warm mixture for asphalt is the mainstream at home and abroad, and its structure is mainly fatty acid amide. The raw materials mainly use animal and vegetable oils, which causes the high synthesis cost of the product. At the same time, the high freezing point of the product makes it inconvenient to use in low temperature environment. The main raw material of SWMA bitumen warm mixture is tall oil fatty acid recovered from papermaking waste liquor, which not only makes full use of waste resources, but also reduces the product cost. At the same time, the low freezing point of tall oil fatty acid makes the product keep low viscosity at low temperature, which is convenient for its use in low temperature environment. The synthesis process of the product is novel and the structure and composition are unique. The successful development of this warm asphalt mixture is beneficial to reduce the use cost of warm asphalt mixture and promote the large-scale application of warm asphalt mixture technology in China.
