摘    要:城市外围过境高快速路建设如火如荼,其中城镇地区的高快速路与超高压线、输油管、燃气管等重要市政管线互相影响的情况不断增加,结合沿江通道浦东段新建工程,聚焦在洲海变电站节点,研究超高压线条件下的高快速路方案设计。基于超高压线等复杂建设条件,提出地道、地面、“矮高架”三个设计方案,系统性进行方案比选,结合洲海变电站节点处的管线特点、沿江通道工程设计要求等,综合推荐地面方案作为实施方案,研究成果为类似工程提供了有益的参考。

Abstract:The conflict between high-grade municipal pipelines such as ultra-high voltage lines and the construction of high-speed highways is increasing. Combined with the new project of Pudong section of the riverside channel, this paper focuses on the node of Zhouhai substation to study the scheme design of high-speed highways under the condition of ultra-high voltage lines. Based on the complex construction conditions such as EHV lines, three design schemes of tunnel, ground and "low overhead" are proposed, and the schemes are systematically compared and selected. Combined with the pipeline characteristics at the nodes of Zhouhai substation and the design requirements of the channel engineering along the river, the ground scheme is comprehensively recommended as the implementation scheme, and the research results provide a useful reference for similar projects.
