非开挖管道工作井施工技术研究

摘    要:基于工程实践,详细介绍一种非开挖管道工作井施工技术。与传统的沉井法、逆作法施工相比,该工艺对周边环境影响小、施工速度快且支护结构可重复利用,能较大幅度提高施工效率及降低工程造价。采用无铰拱理论计算及工程实测分析证明该技术能够满足施工要求,具有较高的应用价值。

Abstract:Based on the engineering practice, a construction technology of trenchless pipeline inspection well is introduced in detail. Compared with the traditional open caisson method and reverse construction method, this technology has less impact on the surrounding environment, faster construction speed and reusable support structure, which can greatly improve the construction efficiency and reduce the engineering cost. The theoretical calculation of fixed end arch and the engineering measurement analysis certify that this technology can meet the construction requirements and has the higher application value.
