小儿肢体肌肉海绵状血管瘤75例静脉造影X线表现

报告了75例小儿肢体肌肉海绵状血管瘤静脉造影的X线表现,其浅静脉造影的X线表现分为4型;①浅表型:有数条粗细不均和边缘不规整的静脉与主干静脉相连。②深部型,肿瘤输入之深静脉扩张,有深浅静脉交通支。③混合型:深静脉粗大、迂曲,浅静脉轻度扩张。④局限型:瘤体局限于一处,深静脉主干可扩张。并简要讨论了造影方法的选择、静脉造影的临床价值和鉴别诊断。

THE X-RAY FINDINGS OF VENOGRAPHY OF 75 PATIENTS WITH INTRAMUSCULAR CAVERNOUS HAEMANGIOMA IN EXTREMITIES OF CHILDREN

In this article, the x-ray findings of phlebography are reported in 75 cases with intramuscular cavernous haemangioma in extremities of children. The radiologic findings of shallower phlebography are divided into 4 types:(1) Shallower type: some small veins of uneven of thickness and irregularity of the edege join with trunk vein;(2) Deeper type:import deeper vein of haemangioma is expanded. There are traffic branches between deeper and shallowerveins; (3) Mixed type: the deeper vein is thickened and tortuous. and shallower vein is light expanded ; and (4). Limited type: haemangioma is limited to a place, trunk of deeper vein can be expanded. At the same time. selection of the radiographic method haemangioma, the clinical significance of phlebography and the differential diagnosis are briefly discussed in this article.
