| 摘 要： | 本文对15只狗进行了选择性肝动脉和门静脉一次双重栓塞的实验研究,发现被栓塞的肝叶呈纤维萎缩性改变,未栓塞肝叶呈代偿性肥大,双栓后24h转氨酶升高,两个月后基本恢复正常,光镜、电镜均显示被栓肝叶24h后明显改变,两个月后胶原纤维显著增生,本实验说明,双重栓塞狗肝的2/5量不致影响狗的存活。藉以用于不能均除肝癌和肝海绵状血管瘤的治疗,达到自家切除的目的。

| Abstract: | In This study the combined embolization of theliver arteries and portal veins on 15 dog was repartedthe results showed that the embolizaed liver lobe ap-peared and no embolizaed liver compensatoryhypertrophy on mieroscopic observation, The PGOT ele-vated after 24 hours of embolization and descended tonormal level within two months. The collagenous fiberhyperplasia was observed in embolized liver lobe onboth microscope and electron microscpope after twomonths of operation. We concluded that if theembolized liver lobe was two fifth of the whole liver, itcould not kill the dog this method can be used totreat carcinoma and cavernous hemangioma of the liverand get a result of auto--resection. |
