摘    要:针对现有仿真分析手段未考虑除氧水泄漏、给水卸载管路泄漏等因素以及这两个因素与系统其它因素耦合后对凝给水系统运行性能的影响,无法用于某型舰动力装置长期存在的典型性能故障原因分析及处置对策研究的问题,在综合分析舰用蒸汽动力装置工作原理的基础上,运用模块化建模思想设计并建立了能够考虑更多因素、仿真范围更加完整的凝给水系统动态特性仿真平台,最后分别以凝给水系统稳态过程特性仿真,锅炉正常升负荷过程凝给水系统动态特性仿真,以及凝水泵启动过程特性仿真为例,验证了仿真平台功能性能的完备性与正确性。

Abstract:Due to the fact that the existing simulation analysis method does not consider the factors such as deaeration water leakage and feed water unloading pipe leakage, and the influence of these two factors coupled with other factors on the operation performance of the condensate feed water system, thus it can not be used for the analysis and the treatment countermeasures of the typical performance failure causes of a certain type of ship power plant. On the comprehensive analysis of the operation principles of the marine steam power plant, a simulation platform for the dynamic characteristics of the condensate water feed system is designed and established by using the idea of modular modeling. Finally, the functional performance completeness and correctness of the simulation platform is verified by the simulation of the condensate feed water system during steady-state process, load-up process of the boiler, and start-up process the condensate pump respectively.
