小水线面双体科考船舾装设计

摘    要:小水线面双体船船型本身比较特殊,用作科考船又需要安装多种特种机械设备,它的舾装布置与常规的货船有一定区别。双体船造价较高,而且船上科考人员众多,因此需要对它的舾装设计从经济性和安全性的角度进行探究。论文以某小水线面双体科考船为例,提出了该科考船的功能目标需求,对装船科考设备和起吊设备进行了模块化设计。同时结合总布置和船体结构,在考虑轻量化的基础上对防火分隔系统的布置和材料选型进行了分析。

Research on outfitting design of SWATH scientific research ship
Abstract:The Small Water-Plane Area Twin Hull is quite special. It needs to install a variety of special machinery and equipment for scientific research ships. Its outfitting arrangement is different from that of conventional cargo ships. The construction cost of twin hull is relatively high, and there are many scientific research personnel on board, so its outfitting design needs to be explored from the perspective of economics and safety. The article takes a Small Water-Plane Area Twin Hull scientific research vessel as an example, puts forward the functional requirements of the scientific research vessel, and carries out modular design of the loading scientific research equipment and lifting equipment. At the same time, the layout and material selection of the fire separation system were analyzed based on the general layout and the hull structure, considering the lightweight.
