FPSO弯管焊缝相控阵超声检测工艺及装备开发

摘    要:针对FPSO弯管的结构特点,制定了弯管焊缝相控阵超声检测工艺,开发了专用的相控阵扫查器,解决了弯管侧耦合条件差以及空间狭小的难点。在试块上的实验结果表明,检测工艺与扫查器配合使用,能够有效检出弯管焊缝的典型缺陷。对于弯管侧超声信号的误差,也进行了分析。

Development of Procedure and Equipment for Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing on Elbow Welds in FPSO
Abstract:In this paper, a dedicated phased array ultrasonic testing procedure was developed for elbow welds in FPSO, and a dedicated mechanical scanner was developed to fix the problems of poor coupling and limited space on elbow side based on the structural features of elbow. The experimental result showed that typical designed defects in demonstration block can be found effectively by means of the combination of dedicated procedure and scanner. The error of ultrasonic signals from elbow side was analyzed at the same time.
