摘    要:在交通强国建设背景下,为适应新一轮科技革命,推动我国交通运输科技创新和行业可持续发展,首先分析了公路交通运输科技发展特点,然后研究了公路交通运输相关前沿科技发展的现状、趋势和影响,最后提出了公路交通运输领域科技创新的政策建议。研究认为:未来中国公路交通运输将更加智能、安全、绿色、高效、便捷,自动驾驶汽车、智能网联交通、新能源汽车、共享汽车、交通大数据、空间信息技术等将对公路基础设施、运输装备、交通管理和出行需求产生深远影响,新时代我国要加强公路交通运输发展规划,开展重大科技专项研究,建设科研条件平台,为制定我国公路交通运输发展战略和编制国家综合立体交通网规划等提供支撑。

Abstract:Under the background of building China into a country with strong transportation network, in order to adapt the new round of scientific and technological revolution and promote innovation of transportation science and technology and sustainable development in China, firstly, the characteristics of scientific and technological development of highway transportation were analyzed. Secondly, the development status, trends and influences of some frontier highway transportation technologies were studied. Finally, some policy suggestions about scientific and technological innovation of highway transportation in China were put forward. The results show that Chinese highway transportation will be more intelligent, safe, green, efficient and convenient in future. The technologies including self-driving vehicle, connected automated highway system, new energy vehicle, shared vehicle, traffic big dada, spatial information technology will deeply influence highway infrastructure, transportation equipment, transportation management and trip demand. In the new era, China needs to strengthen highway transportation development planning, carry out major science and technology programs, and build conditional platforms. Thus, these works can support to formulate the highway transportation development strategy of China and compile the national comprehensive and steric transportation system planning.
