摘    要:垫升风机是气垫船的关键设备,是气垫船振动噪音的主要激励源之一。通过分析某气垫船左舷垫升风机的设计特点,选择关键位置开展振动响应频谱测量,分析不同测点位置、不同转速条件下测点的振动烈度响应。采用有限元方法分析单舷垫升风机的固有频率和振型,研究影响垫升风机振动的主要因素。在此基础上,提出降低垫升风机振动的措施,并基于试验评估实际降振效果,其可作为气垫船垫升风机设计的技术参考。

Experimental Study and Vibration Modal Analysis on Lift Fans of Air-Cushion Vehicle
Abstract:The lift fans are the key equipment for air-cushion, which also generate great vibration and noise. It is important to reduce the vibration for the safety and comfort of whole ship. This paper focuses on the vibration study caused by lift fans. A series of monitoring points were chosen according to the design of lift fans and its accessory equipment. The vibration response spectrum was measured by test model, moreover, the vibration intensity characteristics was studied with different monitoring locations and revolving speeds. A numerical vibration analysis on lift fans was studied to find out the impact factors with finite element method (FEM), and good consistence was achieved between numerical method and experimental method. Furtherly, the measure on how to reduce the vibration was carried out, whose effect was estimated by experimental comparison. This paper presented a good reference for the design of air-cushion vehicle.
