风电安装船液压桩腿固定装置的设计

摘    要:以起重能力为1200T的自升式风电安装船为研究对象,为解决传统固桩楔块固桩操作不便、费时费力等问题,设计了一套结构简单,操作方便的液压桩腿固定装置,详述了该装置的设计原理及结构组成。利用Ansys有限元分析软件,研究了液压桩腿固定装置在托航工况下的力学性能。并对该装置进行了实验验证,证明了设计方案的可行性和合理性,为相关领域的应用提供借鉴。

Abstract:Taking the self-elevating wind power installation ship with the lifting capacity of 1200T as the research object. A set of hydraulic pile holding frame with simple structure and convenient operation is designed , in order to solve the problems such as inconvenient operation, time-consuming and labor-consuming of fixing piles with traditional pile fixing method. The design principle and structure of the device are described in detail. The mechanical performance of the hydraulic pile holding device under the towing condition was studied using ansys finite element analysis software. The feasibility and rationality of the design scheme are proved by the experimental verification, which can be used for reference in the related fields.
