关于一例 SULZER 5AL25/30 型船用柴油机曲轴烧瓦故障的分析

柴油机轴瓦与曲轴轴颈烧熔咬死是一种柴油机运行过程非常严重的机械故障。针对某老龄船发生的一起柴油机曲柄销轴承烧瓦故障进行深入分析和研究,通过故障形成的机理,探明造成此类故障的多方面原因,并根据船上的现有条件采取行之有效的修复方法恢复柴油机的正常功能。同时,根据事故中存在的轮机管理方面的漏洞,对轮机部的日常管理和设备维护保养工作提出了一些积极的改进措施。

Analysis of One Malfunction of Crankshaft Bearing-stick on SULZER 5AL25 /30 Marine Diesel Engine

White- metal stick between bearing and journal of diesel engine crankshaft when the engine is running is a very serious mechanical malfunction. This paper analyzes and researches one malfunction of white-metal stick which occurred in the crankpin bearing of one diesel engine of an aged ship,through the mechanism of the formation of the malfunction proved many reasons for such failure,and to take effective remedy measures under the existing conditions of the ship to restore the function of the diesel engine normally. Meanwhile,according to the flaws existing in engineering management from the accident,the engineering department made some positive improvements on the routine management and equipment maintenance work.
