基于矩形化动态匹配的船体零件排样算法研究

摘    要:基于启发式搜索策略,提出了一种改进的排样算法——剩余矩形的动态匹配法来求解不规则船体零件的矩形化排样,并通过自动正交碰靠实现零件的紧密靠接和定位。动态匹配包括对入排零件与未排放的剩余矩形区域进行宽度匹配计算和排样高度的调整,并以其匹配度最佳及最低排样高度作为排样布局的评估准则来实现排样过程中的实时动态寻优。该算法在一定程度上实现了排样中定位与定序的协同思路,实例证明其有效性。

Abstract:A novel solution for irregular ship parts nesting with dynamic remaining rectangular matching algorithm was presented,which used automatic collision to make the result of the layout be best and to realize automatic nesting. This method depend on matching procedure between the width and length of the rectangular parts and available space to achieve a dynamic layout optimization process, and calculating the matching degree and nesting height to assess the nesting results. It was based on the principle of matching parts to sort out a local optimization and to achieve the synergy between nesting location and sequencing as possible. Its effectiveness has been fairly proved in practice.
