载人潜水器驾驶舱三维布局优化研究

摘    要:驾驶舱三维布局在载人潜水器设计中占有举足轻重的地位。在分析传统舱室布局方式局限性的基础上,提出利用优化算法实现空间布局的求解。通过对驾驶舱设计要求的分析,结合人机工程的基本思想,建立了驾驶舱空间布局的多目标优化模型。利用遗传算法,结合并列选择策略,实现了该优化模型的求解。计算结果表明,算法有较好的收敛性,从而反映了提出的求解方法的可行性。

Abstract:3D layout of cabin is of great significance in the process of HOV design. A solution based on optimization algorithm for 3D layout problem was proposed after analyzing the limitation of the traditional way of cabin layout, and the multi-objective optimization model of cabin spatial layout was established through the analysis of cabin design requirements and the general idea of ergonomics. By using genetic algorithm combined with parallelism selection strategy, the optimization model was solved. The calculating results showed that the convergence of the algorithm was good, which reflected the feasibility of the solution proposed above.
