摘    要:为研究内蒙古西北地区干压实技术的现场施工控制指标,采用干压实技术对2段试验路的路基进行碾压。现场试验结果表明:施工机具在施工过程中存在能量损失,通过2种典型机具现场试验,得到施工机具能量损失率为20%;对碾压遍数与松铺厚度、施工机具型号的关系进行修正,推荐最佳碾压遍数;基于现场压实度检测和回弹模量检测数值,提出回弹模量与压实度的关系,进而提出以回弹模量为路基施工控制指标,并给出相似地区不同压实度下的回弹模量推荐值。

Abstract:In order to study the on-site control indicators of dry compaction technology in northwestern Inner Mongolia,the technology was applied to compact the subgrade of two test roads.The field test results show that there is energy loss during the construction process.Through the field tests on two typical machines,the energy loss rate of the construction equipment is 20%.The relationship between the number of rolling passes and the thickness of loose laying and the type of construction equipment was corrected,and the optimal number of rolling passes was recommended.Based on the detected values of on-site compaction degree and rebound modulus,the relationship between rebound modulus and compaction degree was proposed.Furthermore,it was suggested to take the rebound modulus as the control indicator of subgrade construction,and the recommended values under different compaction degrees in similar areas were put forward.
