对潜侦察保障效能的模糊综合评价

对潜侦察保障是对潜信息保障重要因素,影响对潜侦察保障效能评估的因素也是多方面的,但这些因素大多具有不确定性(模糊性)。为了反映各种不确定性因素对侦察保障效能的影响,提出侦察保障效能模糊综合评判方法。基本思路是建立一个侦察保障效能模糊综合评价指标体系,基于该指标体系,建立相应的模糊综合评判模型,并给出算例加以验证。分析和计算结果表明,该方法可以较好地考虑到为潜艇指挥机关提供决策依据固有的模糊性,为指挥机关更加客观准确地评估对潜侦察保障效果提供依据。

Fuzzy Synthetic Evaluation on Ensurance of Surveillance for Submarine

The ensurance of surveillance for submarine is important factor for Information Assurance on submarine,its factor is complex and fuzzy. So we use the mothed of fuzzy evaluation to analyse its relative factor. The index system of fuzzy evaluation on the ensurance of surveillance for submarine is built .and it is analysed and verificated with a example .As a result, the mothed is reliable and , and the Command Center can command army orderly with it .it is depended as a scientic evidence.
