乳化沥青-水泥稳定碎石半柔性基层材料在旧路维修中的应用

摘    要:以重庆市某旧路路面维修工程为依托介绍了乳化沥青—水泥稳定碎石半柔性基层材料的组成设计、性能及工程应用,提出按最佳级配、最佳流体含量、最佳沥青含量、最佳水泥含量的步骤来确定最佳配合比的方法。通过试验研究及实体工程的检验发现,乳化沥青—水泥稳定碎石半柔性基层材料具有良好的路用性能,并成功地运用于旧路维修工程。

Abstract:The structure design,performance and application of emulsified asphalt-cement stabilized macadam se- mi-flexible base material are introduced based on the maintenance project for an existing pavement of Chongqing. Several steps which should be taken to achieve the optimal mix proportion are presented as below:optimal gradation, optimal fluid content,optimal asphalt content,optimal cement content.After the experimental research and practical projects,it is found out that emulsified asphalt-cement stabilized macadam semi-flexible base material has good pavement performance and adopted in projects of maintenance of existing pavement.
