液力减速器内流场的CFD数值模拟研究

摘    要:用CFD数值模拟技术对液力减速器内部流场进行研究,得到了不同工况下液力减速器内流场的压力和速度分布特性与制动力矩的大小,并对结果进行处理和分析.模拟结果与试验数据的对比表明,流场计算是准确的.

Abstract:The internal flow field in hydraulic retarder is studied using CFD numerical simulation technique.The pressure and velocity distribution characteristics of internal flow field and braking moment in hydraulic retarder at different working conditions are obtained with the results processed and analyzed.The comparison between simulation results and test data indicates that the calculation of flow field is accurate.
