调度集中仿真实训平台开发研究

为增强调度集中指挥实训效能,在阐述列车调度实训工作现状和现行调度集中仿真系统功能的基础上,针对列车调度员分类分级、实物、实景、实作的培训工作需求,设定调度集中仿真实训平台的系统目标,构建基于不同设备工况的调度集中操作与指挥仿真实训框架,提出平台环境建设和功能实现的主要内容,指出实训平台"教、学、练、考、评"关键技术。依托实训平台,规范调度指挥作业流程,强化调度集中操作技能和应急处置指挥训练,健全管理手段,提升培训效能,提供持续可靠的人力保障。
