基于现代学徒制的眼视光创新创业教育策略

与传统的高职育人模式相比,现代学徒制具有开展创新创业教育(双创教育)的诸多优势。基于现代学徒制模式开展眼视光双创教育的过程中,要兼顾现代学徒制模式特点和眼视光行业特点,校企联合出台现代学徒制创新创业管理办法,建立校企生三方知识产权保护制度和风险分担制度等,完善现代学徒制创新创业制度体系,保护校企生三方权益,调动各方积极性;以线上创新创业交流合作平台为依托,打破双导师和学徒因为时间和地域因素不能同步交流的困境;在提升双导师双创教育教学能力的同时,以现代学徒制模块化课程为抓手,吸纳创新创业课教师组建现代学徒制创新创业教学团队,为开展双创教育提供师资保障。

The Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education Strategy of Optometry Basing on Modern Apprenticeship

Compared with the traditional higher vocational education mode, modern apprenticeship has many advantages in the development of innovation and entrepreneurship education(double creation education). In the process of double creation education in optometry based on modern apprenticeship, the characteristics of modern apprenticeship and optical industry both should be concerned. School and enterprise should joint to introduce the management approach, establish three-party intellectual property protection system and risk sharing system, improve the system of innovation and entrepreneurship basing on modern apprenticeship, protect the rights and interests of three parties and arouse the enthusiasm of all parties. Basing on the online platform of innovation and entrepreneurship exchange and cooperation, we break the dilemma that the two mentors and apprentices cannot communicate synchronously due to time and geographical factors. While improving the teaching ability of dual tutors in innovation and entrepreneurship education, the modular course of modern apprenticeship is taken as the starting point to attract teachers to set up a modern apprenticeship innovation and entrepreneurship teaching team, so as to provide teachers guarantee for the development of innovation and entrepreneurship education.
